Wondering because it wont let me transfer a character to a shard that I transferred to yesterday. I didn't notice a patch, but with the day I have had, . . . anyway, please let me know if there was a patch.

Thanks, it isn't Europa. Trying to move a character to Balhae and getting "destination shard is unavailable"
Well, either there was a patch, or the server restart on Balhae fixed the glitch. I tried about 2 hours before the server restart and got that message. it just went through though.
