Was the election system even tested?

A few people messed with it on Test Center. But the nomination period only lasted about 2 days and I think the election period was also very short, like maybe just 3 days. I had hoped to get elected, but someone beat me in Magincia. So, I never got to test the post-election abilities that governors get. Not sure if anyone else did either. Never saw anyone make any additional posts after that point about what their experience was with giving out titles. I did check out getting the buff in one city, but only one time, if I recall correctly.

All I know is, Multiple stones are broken on Atlantic now.

Middle of the election, and noone can pull up the list of canidates/vote anymore.

Kyronix said he has been working on this and said it is likely that a publish goes out before the election is over that addresses this problem.

The fix is not working on several stones on Atlantic. New Mag and Jhelom are both still broken

Why is everyone is acting as if this is the first time a bug has been detected after release? Perhaps there is a difference between small scale and large scale testing? Doesn't really matter at this point anyways, bug has been detected, fixed on some shards, not on others...

Seems to happen when more then 1 player votes at the same time.

Perhaps UO should be more like other MMOs AKA they leave their new content on the test servers for more than a week.

Its a common problem we have, so it always confuses me how fast they push the publishes out. I know 81 was tested for awhile, but obviously they should have stress tested these elections.
