Warzone kill?

Can someone please explain how this works? Getting double points for kills and such?

Does it matter which town?

Its gotta be one of the faction towns.. Brit, Mag, Glow, Yew, Skara, Trinny, Minoc or vesper. You get x2. If you kill someone in opposing alignment faction u can get x3 in war zone. Min and SL are Chaos and TB and COM are Order.
