Warrior Template assistance plz

hello all i was wanting to make a warrior with lumberjacking but 1 not sure if there is still damage bonus for having the swords lj combo anymore like there used to be and 2 if i do this i just don't seem to have room for all the skills i need or should say that i want.
was wanting to do swords lj tact anat heal parry and bush but again just not enough skill points to do lj anat swords and bush to 120 and rest to 100 i was thinking about dropping parry or bush but really don't want to lose parry but love bushido also. any ideas are appreciated. thx for help

I've never used an axer template, but I saw Lynk post this template the other day:

120 Swords
120 Bush
120 Tact
120 Anat
100 Parry
100 Lumberjack
90 Heal

only problem i see with that template is that it needs 770 skill points and i can only use 700 do you get option for additional skill points when account gets to a certain age

you can get up to 720 i think after a year maybe more cant remember for sure
with imbuing and skill items you can get up to about 840 depending on skills

Lumberjack warriors used to be far more powerful than they are today. LJ still gives a damage increase, but it is hardly worth it for the 100 skill points. Lynk's template was for a specific PvP tactic that worked well when given the element of surprise and the right weapon. In my opinion, however, you'll be kicking yourself in the end if you go LJ-warrior. I recommend you look at the sampire, wammy, chiv-samuari, paladin, ABC archer or any of the other templates commonly discussed in this forum. If you see recurring posts on the same topics, that should give you an indication that it's an effective template.

little of both really i do a lot of champ spawns and would like to be able to do fel champs without having to worry bout reds showing up and killing me and as far as armor goes what is best option?

Ya my template was designed for PvP, not so much PvM.

The only way it is even remotely effective is if you use ornate axes and crushing blow.

The axe I use is mostly poison damage. In my experience when people slack on resists they usually slack on Cold and/or poison resist. When I am fighting I'll usually wait to see someone get corpse skinned and then I'll throw two crushing blows on them.

The damage potential is insane. I've done 60+ damage crushing blows, plus 8 from the fireball. I have killed people in two shots before. But at the same time, sometimes people have suits that remain all 70s even after a corpse skin. Even then, my crushing hits for about 40 dmg so more than an armor ignore and less mana intensive.

If you do this template you need to max out all damage. This means 150 str after a pot, 100 di from items, 120 tact, 120 anat, 100 LJ, carry around grapes of wrath. I've actually started a collection of ornates for each elemental damage type. Everyone usually has a resist that is lower than the others.

It's probably not the 'best' template but it's kind of fun to play.

To add to this - Double Axes also pack a whallop if you can get someone disarmed and double strike them with dmg dealt to their lowest resist.

I wanted to fit some chiv and med into the temp for consecrate, but I found parry to be more valuable.

well i went ahead and dropped lj for bushido seems to be the best option now am just trying to raise str and dex any ideas on what good stat template would be?

Well your dex needs to be at least 140 to get the quickest bandaid heal timer.

Personally, I like 120 str and try to get the 25 HPI from armor so you end up with at least 135 HP.

I usually like to have a mana pool of at least 80 so you can chain a few specials with 40 lmc. This clearly requires a good amount of stat increase on your armor.
