Unfortunately what you have there is not something that will sell or sell for very little.

Explanation:

PVMers don't want antiques because they lose durability very quickly and the item doesn't last long.

PVPers will use antiques, almost always want Enhanced Potions on it.

Now, you can make a 50% ep ring which will allow you to use a bracelet without EP on it, but it had better be worth it - meaning the bracelet should be high-end piece.

Basically if it had EP and DCI you could sell it to a pvper. If it weren't antique you could sell it to a pvmer.
