I guess I interpreted this to mean +4 random primary stat, 10% random eater, 4 strength. Apparently not.

Yes, its one eater and one stat - the tool tip in-game is incorrect.

At one point, the example said random primary stat +4, random eater 10% and +4 Intelligence. So they changed it to say Strength but not to remove it for some reason.

It says different things on the vendor for different viewers, mine always says dex.

I've seen Warlord's Sashes with 10% Damage Eater before. Worth a lot for PvP.

they are all coming up with random stats on my vendor search, maybe your search specified dex.

Im talking about the NPC vendor that sells them. The poster I replied to said they say Strength.

I always see dex as the example:
