I am sorry I had to make the house private but an exploit to steal locked down items forced me too. I have been informed the exploit is fixed so the house is once again public.

Teleport tiles are available from:

Charnel Hill Cemetery (north of Umbra in clearing)
Goodman's Rune Library (Tokuno)
The Grand Britannian Repertory (Tokuno)
and
The Atlantic Auction House (Luna)
