[WAR Herald] Server Maintenance - All Servers - 4/20/2009

Greetings!

This weekend many of our players were experiencing issues which affected their game play. We have been investigating these issues throughout the weekend and will be implementing the following fixes:


  • Addressing an issue where some players are unable to login their characters.
  • Improvements city instancing and queueing.
We understand the frustration that this is causing many of our players and for this reason these issues have had, and will continue to have, high priority to the development team. We will continue to monitor this situation in the coming days.

At 7:00 AM EDT all North American and Oceanic servers will be brought offline for maintenance to implement these fixes. As always, we'll work to have all servers back online as quickly as possible and anticipate all servers will be back online by 11:00 AM EDT.
