[WAR Herald] Hot Fix: Praag Battlefield Objectives

There was an issue with the Praag Battlefield Objectives that was keeping them from functioning properly. For that reason, we are resetting those objectives. Players should see this change in-game momentarily.

Hotfix Note:
  • Players will once again be able to claim the Manor of Ortel von Zaris and Kurlov's Armory battlefield objectives in Praag. In order to facilitate this fix, both objectives have been set to neutral.
