Some players have recently received an email stating that their Collector's Edition Pre-Order has been back ordered. This email was sent to most on accident and the issue has since been resolved. A majority of those who received the initial email will have their order processed and shipped on time. A small number of customers were affected by the delay due to these issues. Those affected by this will be notified via email to inform them of how they may continue playing until their retail box arrives.
