As we head into the first day of the Age of Reckoning we wanted to let you know about the current top issues we're receiving from players in-game.
We encourage you to share this information with friends and guild mates to help them get the information they need to know even faster. As always we have CSR's on call 24/7 to respond to any of your needs!
Collector's Edition heads are removed after zoning:
Don't be alarmed, your head is not gone. For now simply log all the way out and log back in to display your fashionable face!
This is a temporary solution and are working to fix this bug as soon as possible.
Scenarios are not popping on some servers:
After investing these issues we've discovered the problem and have been fixing it as we can, your reports allow us to know where this is happening so we are able to correct it more quickly. Thanks for your help and we'll work to ensure these bugs are resolved entirely!
Entering Collector's Edition Retail Key while logged in:
If you have entered your CE product key while you were logged into a character you must log out of the game and log back in to receive your rewards. This is not a bug but thank you for your reports!
