WAR is Here and with it comes new players! Some of those attempting to create an account may be encountering an error page after creating your Game Account. This is due to our mail server currently being down and does not effect the creation of your account.
Anyone experiencing this error page is asked to verify that the Warhammer Online displays as an active product on the main page of the Mythic Account Center. If it appears here then you're all set!
The only Account Center feature affected by this issue currently is the "Forgot Password?" feature for your master account. But rest assured we're working to get the mail server up and running as soon as possible.
As a reminder when logging into the patcher use your Game Account username and password (these may be different from your Master Account login) you can find the name of your Game Account username by looking at the Product profile it will show YourAccountName - Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning.
