A quick question for anyone who can help. What mods would make a weapon desirable for PVP (I dont PVP so dont have a clue)

It would be useful to have a list with, for example, the best mods listed at the top and at the bottom the mods which make little or no difference to price at all.

This can be a hard question to answer since it involves so many different factors, particularly on the templates. I'd say the most desirable mods include:

Hit spell (lightning for para blow weapons, fireball for pretty much everything else preferred)
HLD
HCI
SSI (depending on the weapon, anything w/2s swing doesn't need it)
DI
Mana leech (melee weapons, the leech from bows aren't worth it)
DCI
FC 1 (This would be higher up on the list for chiv dexers)
