The scrolling notices can be dismissed by anyone. There's a close button for them. They're not ads--they're forum notices for our users. At least, I think that's what he's talking about.Would subscribing to Stratics Pro remove those?

To make it relevant to UO, it's kind of like if you've ever made a macro on your PvP mage to say something like, "This is going to hurt!" Then you cast e-bolt one day and you're like, "Hm, did I really need to make that macro say something?" Ah, the first time I wrote a marquee in HTML. *Memories.*

I like them. Mine never stopped because they weren't very cool, just basic ones.
