[Buying] Wanted: Red Dragonscale armor (runic)

Looking for one red dragonscale runic armor piece. I want a gorget(neck) but I don't think it has one, so I'll settle for arms (or chest).

Need one with high fire resists. As an example, non-runic crafted can have up to 20 fire. Runic can have into the low 30's.

Piece also needs STA increase and LMC, or needs slots open so I can imbue them. Actually I don't think dragonscale is imbuable as its special material, so I pretty much need the STA and LMC on it.
