Is there a way to train wands beyond 70? I can't find a trainer anywhere.

You don't train weapons in the way you train professions...using the wand will gain you points up to a point...that point being (5 * your level). For example, you are level 14. You take 5 * 14, and you get a max level skill of 70...until you level up again, which it then goes to 75. Then 80, 85, 90, and so on. Five points per level.
