Wand rumor?

I've heard a rumor that wands are going back to insta-cast.

Does anyone have any info to confirm or dismiss this?

I'm all for insta-cast again! Whats everyone else think on the topic?

Now that you can Imbue wands, I would say no... this would make them way overpowered.

Doubtful over this rumor. But if you find the wands insta-casting again guess we will know.
