Walk through spell weaving quest?

I was wondering if someone could type up or link to a quick walk through on how to get through the spell weaving quest (so I can cast the spells and get the book).

I checked out the stratics main page and could not find anything.

Do the overseers and minions have to be in a dungeon for them to count? I saw some West of the Justice shrine where the imps are. I wondered if you killed them if they counted?
