PvP/Faction VvV Epaulettes 5 Hit Chance ones cant be repaired

Hello Devs this thread has still not been moderated, what are you guys doing? These epaulettes I remind you , they got released with VvV months ago, and they still can't be repaired, its a shame. I dyed the epaulettes with reflective shadow and now they are breaking and I cant repair them. COuld we get a hot fix easy and quick please ?
