Hey Chris,
There's a sticky in this thread. Voon is a next generation voice chat client that we are deploying in partnership with Vivox. It's both a replacement for guilds/groups that use Teamspeak/Ventrillo and also a voice network/community where we'll be hosting voice House of Commons chats and voice chat channels for the games Stratics covers.
