Upon investing by @Restless the white thing is a void essence that somehow got it's name removed.

The nameless void essence is just an old stack bugged item (shortly after the SA release you could stack bug many of the new SA ingredients, most would revert to a name less item, and if stacked the name would change to the amount in the stack)
