Vollem in Crystal question

When you activate the Vollem from the crystal, are all its available skills instantly at 100 or do you have to train them up?

You do have to train them up, and you can transfer them and re bond them (I have recently done this).

For the base stats, note that they are basically a reskinned, non-ridable, nightmare.

Even the loot on their corpses, the first time they die, is identical to that of a nightmare.
