You can actually recall into Trinsic during an active VvV battle. If your rune is marked on top of the bank (pictured) you will not get the active battle warning until after you step on the teleporter and actually run out of the bank into the street.

Was really posting to give folks a heads up is all. That way they know to expect possible attacks as soon as they recall in.

Does not matter to me if it's fixed of not really.

Nah, it does not. Step on teleporter it puts you inside bank, and does not then either. Does not give message until you take about 5 steps and have actually exited the bank.
