How do I raise it? I built an "L" shaped stair(lower lvl going North, upper lvl facing East) and want to place a Chaos Tile instead of gozas. I tried simply placing the Chaos Tile then use deco tool but, it cannot be raised.

Place 4 goza's in a square. Raise the Goza's into position then place the Chaos Tile on the goza's.
