Virtue Artifacts are artifacts that drop in the Anti-Virtue Dungeons, which are also known as the Dungeons of Sin, or the "legacy" dungeons.

Are these still dropping? I have not received any since SA went live but just might be my bad luck.

Are these items (armor & weapons) able to be unraveled?

Yes they still drop. Got a 10th Aniversary Luck statue drop 2 weeks ago.

I was out gathering fertile dirt in shame a couple days ago and got the gorget (I forget it's name, for the blessed suit).

I was shocked as I hadn't seen one in awhile in the legacy dungeons.

You can unravel the weapons (which are not blessed) but I was unable to unravel the blessed armor. Thats a shame since I have a mountain of it.

I have been working Destard for loot for unraveling and have not had one drop thus I guess my luck has been poor. I'll continue on.

Drops are based on time. The longer you keep farming, eventually you gather enough fame to get the drop. Then it resets.
Doom works the same way. You are guaranteed a drop, but must keep at it on the same char.

I got one two days ago. I didn't even notice until I got to the bank! Iwas in Despise killing Titans and the Cyclopean Warriors, and the odd Etin or two...

It was the Lord Blackthorn shield...
