fail to find them on events list and still havent heard the history behind them/ season,shard,event thanks

I was actually wondering the same thing... I was looking just yesterday to try and find where they originated. sharing info on this would be appreciated, as i was unable to find anything on my own.

Vine cords are from an event predating all the EM events I believe, so they are not listed in the Event Items list.

They are a seer made item and only one should exist from what I understand. Currently there are hundreds of them.
