Video Settings?

I recently snagged my wifes old laptop and installed UO Classic Client. I run into this error.

I go to a lower floor and is fine. This is only on the play window and not the black part of the screen. Running EC is no issue, but I prefer CC. Its not just in the house, but continues like this where ever I go.

Ideas how to fix it?

I would "perform full file check" in the launcher, see if that resolve it, particularly if it is a 2d issue exclusive.
