Of course its possible to imbue Splinter weps.
Ooh... Hmm.. I sold it for 5m, the buyer told me it's worth 10m max. Was that price ok?

5m Is fine... you can imbue splintering what happens with splintering is it rips the durability down very quickly so it being imbued means you only get so many repairs and use out of it, decreasing the value of the item

if you dont pvp alot imbued weapons are great. ive bought a few good weapons for 5-15mil for imbue. turns a base splinter into a weapon that would be 500-1bil if it Wasnt imbued. and it lasts a long time if you only pvp once a week or something. you can also enhance with dull copper when it gets to around 130 dura to bring it up to max again. you just have to be careful. you only get about 25splinter procs before you have to repair it, and Really dont want to lose max durability before the repair.
