The minimum time to heal any animal is two seconds. (While the speed calculations are the same as those for the Healing skill, the tamed-animal bonus and the minimum speed mean that Dexterity does not actually affect the speed at which tamed animals are healed.)

Min_Healed=(lore / 5) + (vet / 5) + 3
Max_Healed=(lore / 5) + (vet / 2) + 10
Amount Healed=random (Min_Healed, Max_Healed) + (pet's max HP / 100)
