Vet to ressurect warhorses?

are veterinary and animal lore needed to rez warhorses or are they any special kind of mount that doesnt really need vet to be rezed
i mean, can i just apply bandages with my regular character on a dead warhorse and it will ressurect??

I believe veterinary skill is required to rez a dread warhorse.

If your talking about faction horses then yes, you can rez them without vet

dread warhorse requires vet. the faction warhorse can be ressed by anyone with only 1 bandage
