yes, since the last change to vet rewards, you can do that.
Prior to the change a friend of mine had a shed and wasn't old enough. We worked around that by her temporarily giving me co-ownership of her house. I placed the shed where she asked me to and she then removed me from her list.

If the friend Petra talks about was me, the whole thing started with Petra picking a shed reward and giving it to me. Yes for free. And placing it that way.. Just saying..thats our Petra.
