Vet rewards

My accounts' age woorks well, one of this is 13 years old like it have to be but i can't take the 2 vet rewards. The ingame windows in which i can choose the rewards is missed. It has to be fixed or have I to do something?

You have to read Stratics or read the uoherald to see that it's been announced numerous times that "veteran rewards are currently disabled."
