Vet Rewards - Ability to choose?

Hello all,

I am looking to claim a vet reward or two. In particular I was interested in the potted Cactii and Braziers (very short one).

From what I read recently it seem that you get a random reward, however I seem to remember a post some time ago where it was said we would be able to actually choose the type for both these rewards.

So, do I get to chooose or is it random?
