Soulstones are good! If you like to swap skills and stuff they are a necessity.
The Crystal Portals are nice if you want one yourself but usually you can find them in other players houses for public use, and me, I just have a bazillion runebooks lol.
From the latest Vet Rewards, not sure how old your account is, the 2 hottest items are the Smithing Press and Sewing Machine. If you are a big time crafter then you'll LOVE these.
Cora the Owl is like a town crier or Sherry the Mouse..she's cute!

Remember you can always buy soulstones at the Origin store for $10 legacy token, so you might consider another vet reward that's harder to get if your account is old enough
Commodity box deed. If you have two homes, vet teleporters. The crystal balls are good for quick easy travel for all chars. If you are a tmapper, or sos do'er, the Davie's locker. I would look for things for sale in game first though because you can get something decorative instead or funner. 
Sorry. On Siege so 1 house, 1 char. I have 2 rewards and have pretty much all options avail, think I'm gonna take the crystals since they are useful. Dont care about deco anymore, and the runestone I can get next year when I might have an actual maxxed template and need a change.
