vet reward question

just claimed the Polar Bear and noticed it had 'HUE' normal
does that mean hue is changeable? and if so, how?I thought it would be a white like the tailor's rewards cloth.

you need the retouching tool, which I believe is another vet reward though it does not actually change colors, you can make you polar bear translucent like other etheral mounts if you use the retouching tool on it.

is that the reward dye tub? only tool i saw was weapon engraving

The tool mentioned above is available to 11th year vets and above. However you can find someone on your shard who has one and use theirs. You do not have to be 11th year to use, just to claim.
