Vet reward idea/wish

as an 'x' year reward, for any to use, a chair that may be locked down in a house, atop an arcane circle that gives +5 other arcanist bonus (you get the idea)

Last year I wanted it to be a rug...I like the chair better.... call it a Chair of Lost Souls so I can play my toon on a quiet shard.

maby make some vet rewards for exstra house on acc make them 18 years vet reward and make it a deed so it can be traded would be a high commodety item for sure

Rechargeable forged metal of artifacts.

Use = Enhances an item without failure chance. (same as the store bought ones)
limit = 1 charge per month. 80-90% less uses than the store-bought one (which in the long-run would eventually be better)
Trade-off = The item enhanced receives an "Owned by No One" tag and becomes account bound to the first player that equips it. (the items cannot be traded once used) = no resale value.

I've suggested it before, with everything being exactly the same as is... I'd get a few of them. (even if they were only usable by the account that chose them).
