Vet reward glitch

The vet reward gump does not come up on my main char, only on two chars. It shows a different account age for my main, one month less??? If I choose items on my mule char, can I use them in a house owned by my main?

If it's the same account, then the house is owned by the account, rather than just the character with the name on the sign.

If the reward is an age restricted one, then the character needs to show an account age old enough to use it.
For example, if most of your chars are 24 months but your crafter is 23 months, the other characters can use a leather dye tub, but the crafter can't.
Account age is funny, I think they've fixed it a dozen times, and it's still broken.

My account was doing the same thing. One char went to the next month, hitting four years, and the others were stuck waiting a month. It just cleared up yesterday, so I'm finally able to use the fourth year stuff. (Yeah, dyed rune books! ) However, it took a week to update for the whole account.

Thanks Kiminality I got the mining cart set up. Looks good I wanted to choose the new ethy for my main, but I guess she couldn't use it yet then, because her age shows one month less....

I believe the situation is that characters update individually and only once a week.

So if your anniversary is on Thursday, for instance, and some characters updated Monday-Wednesday, it may take them a week to catch up to the characters that updated Thursday or later.
