Just how much of a healing difference do you have between 100 in each and 120? And in between. Trying to figure out how much to use on a template.

Also, does dex affect the bandage speed? And if so, how much dex?

Dex only affects healing, not vet.

Looks like dex just has an effect on the rez delay... Not the healing though..
