A trade deal with the Bardic Collegium has been struck, giving citizens a +1 FC boost. To utilize the buff, you must click on the City Stone and choose the "utilize trade deal" option. In return, please make a small donation to the City coffers, either by coin or completing a trade deal delivery.
A ballot box has also been placed on the stone, so citizens can vote on changing the current trade deal. The current trade deal was instituted to give SOME kind of boost, as the governor seat was previously unoccupied, and no trade deal was in place.
