[Price Check] very "Big Forge (Facing South) Deed"

Big Forge (Facing South) Deed is a very old deed. I happen to have come across one on Legends. I'd be interested in a price check for it.

I did a bit of research after posting thing all the previous estimates were in the 2-4mill range.

I tried to sell mines on fest for 1m, no luck.. lowered to 750.. nothing, lowered to 500 and I sold a couple, but still have more :)

so 250-500 seems to be the price
