If a vendor at my shop falls because i took away renewal, can i customize the house after it falls, or do I have to wait till he comes and collects his items off the house sign ?
I've got someone with a vendor at my place that i've been asking for over a week to remove his vendor so i could redesign to give us more vendor room.. and he's refused, It will fall because i took away renewal tomorrow. I'm just curious if i'll then have to wait another however many days after that until he comes to collect his items.
I have had this problem in the past!!!! this is the reason why i only offer Weekly renewing contracts at the shop i run!
You can cancel the contract BUT once cancelled you will have to wait the remaining ammount of days/ hours left on that particular vendors renewal cycle for it to fall.
So basically if you gave Joe Bloggs a contract on monday 7th at 8pm gmt then a week later say monday 14th but this time at 9pm gmt you decided to cancell the contract the vendor will stay (provided it has gold to cover vendor costs) until the cycle of that renewal ends which would be the following monday at 8pm gmt. (thats if it is on a weekly cycle!!) as you are now 1 hour inside the contract renewing point. If you had cancelled it at 7pm gmt insted of 9pm gmt it would only have been an hours wait till it would fall. if that makes sense?
However the length of time you have to wait changes dependant upon how far into the cycle you are.
To make it simple ..................... When you cancel the contract at the bottom of the screen you should get a message saying this vendor has X amount of days / hours left (or words to that affect.
Once vendor has disapeared / no longer standing and now in the create you can customise to your hearts delight!!
I hope you dont have to wait too long and that you enjoy the house creation that you put into place.
P.S. I would NOT give this person another contract back EVER!
