Vendor Without HitPoints?

Hello,
I was just restocking my vendor and I happened to notice that the hit points were very low. When I finished, the hit points were completely gone. All of my other vendors are at 100% hit points. Why is this happening?
It is just something that seemed odd to me.
any ideas anyone?

I have seen mine have low hit points on their bar.

been this way for ages, not sure what causes it

No need to be concerned on this. It's been that way for ages as Naitch said and I've never had my vendor fall or poof.
