Vendor Staying in House Too Long....

So I have a house that has a vendor rented out there. I have set his contract to NOT renew but that has yet to happen yet? Is there a way to easily terminate the contract instead of waiting? The owner will not respond and has no items or anything on the vendor. I need to customize but cannot with this dumb vendor here....

You have to wait it out, pretty much because this could be a scam to rent vendors to people then drop them otherwise. I don't know if there's a way to see how much time is left, just try to get ahold of the person so they can get their stuff and gold and dismiss them I guess. =/
