Is Baja the only shard that had all of the vendors on the shard reset?

Vendors reset on Atlantic, as well.

One can only hope that this indicates that they fixed whatever it is that they needed to fix in order to unbreak that "NPC sells crossbow bolts for 95gp per, buys crossbow bolts for only 3gp per" thing. Although, I doubt it.
