Vendor Rental

So I decided to rent a vendor from someone with the Vendor Rental (Red) and we both set it to auto-renew and it had plenty of gold. A month later, the vendor is there but I cannot access the menu any more. Any ideas? It's like it is no longer mine, and I cannot do anything to the house sign or anything.

I am also not a friend to the house or have any access to the sign other than the single click to view vendors.

Did you check the house sign to see if you can get your items back?
How often did you check it?
Is it named the same?
How long was the contract 1 week? or 30 days?

When you 2click the vendor does it say "take a look at my goods" or "take a look at your goods"?

Make sure you're on the right account. Any character on the account that placed the vendor should be able to access the menu.

When you use the house sign do you see your vendor listed there? If so what color is the name?

Is everything else with the vendor the same? (ie: clothing, hair color, items)

This might sound strange but if everything above checks out, go into your house (or a house you are co-owned to) and say "I wish to lock this down" and then target your own health bar. Log completely out of the game (close it off your screen) and log back in and check the vendor again.

If you cant take items on and off, its not your vendor any more.

If you didn't visit it for over a month, a good chance the owner had to drop the vendors or cancel the contract.

Maybe for legit or no legit reasons.

If your vendor contract was set to no renew, once fallen you would have had like 144 hours to collect your stuff from the vendor sign.

If time past, you are out of luck.

I have a vendor area, and often vendor leave vendors bare for weeks. After about 3 weeks with no contact or message from them, I end their contract.

Ive also given people 30 days warning that I am remodeling my house, to please remove vendors... some never show up.

Ah the items were in the house owners moving crate, and he/she recovered them for me. Can you imagine the feeling of possibly losing -1100- 1mill checks???
