Vendor Problems

For the 2nd time in a month 1 of my vendors decided he was done and left. Every time all of the items and gold are available through the house sign.

The vendors are at someone else's house with rent set at 0, both set to renew. No the owner didn't do anything to make it happen and yes there was plenty of gold on the vendor. It seems completely random and each time it has been a different vendor.

The vendors had been there for over a year with zero problems, until this last month.

Any ideas what the problem may be or should I give up just trying to have vendors?

Was the house put into customization mode? I know that it is not supposed to be able to be done, but I have done it a couple of times (vendors that belong to another one of my accounts) and some of the vendors (but not all) went into the house sign. The first time it happened to me I didn't realize I clicked customize house. After that I did it to fix a couple things in my house design. Though the last time I tried to do it I wasn't able to.

I had a couple vendors go away on me years ago. Not sure why it happened but I got left wondering if it was because both may have been out of position while being stocked when the contract ran out & restarted and then dumped the stuff into the sign at the next morning maintenance.

I figured out the latest problem and it had to do with the owner. The first time it happened is still a mystery.

i had 62 vendors that had enough gold for a year service all set with free rental all set for 1 month renewal and auto renewed , check them 4 days ago and all were fine all had enough gold for 321 days of service , yesterday all were in house sign with no gold only their items they all eat thru 300+ days worth of gold in acouple of days and i dont know how they havent been changed since they were placed
