I took ownership of the house about a month ago and had to wait for all the vendors to expire, most of them were not active and the house had a bad design. All that's changed now and the house is open for business again.
There are 32 spots left, since i took the screen shot, 3 more people have taken spots so let me know if you'd like to rent.
The edges of the house up to the fountain are 95k/week, the spots on the edges on the fountain corner of the house are 125k/week except for the 2nd row which are still the 95k.
The deeds that are there will be the only vendors at the house, I won't fill it since I hate when houses have 3000 vendors.
There have been some requests for a repair deed vendor so I might pop one of those up. I'll be transferring a crafting character here and I'll be around the forge most nights doing Bods and such.
Only rules are keep it stocked. 2 weeks or so having your vendor empty will get the contract pulled. Other than that, I'm easy.
