Vendor fees

Can somebody tell me how vendor fees actually work?
I have been away a while from the game and I was wondering if something has changed during the last 2 years.
Is out there any kind of formula which will provide for example the total value of goods on the vendor starting from the total fees paid everyday?

Vendor Fee per RL day = (Value of all goods / 1000 + 10) * 6

example:

Value of all items in vendor = 2'000'000
/1000
= 2'000
+10
= 2'010
*6
= 12'060 fee per RL day

It is important to note that there was a recent change that subtracts vendor fees throughout the day rather than all at one time once per day.
