Yes I did drop a house on Atlantic several days after I was told the player was banned for illegal activites. When I got the notice I even waited an additional week. If you see the sign changed to Changed by EA or the house go into OSI hands its a good bet you might want to remove your vendor. I totally understand that you are innocent but how am I supposed to know this? How am I supposed to know that you are not just another alt of the person that had their account banned?
We as a team are talking about how we can move all rental vendor items to a crate much like we do with the stalls in Mag. which gives you x number of days to pick up your belongings. In the mean time when the house is taken over I am asking that a sign is put out stating you must remove your vendors by x date until a better solution is in place.
Bottom line here is..was it fair for you to loose your items since you just rented a spot ..no it was not. But can you please tell me how I am supposed figure out if you are or are not just an alt of the person that had their account banned?
I will get a back up of Atlantic and I will look at this house..I will not make any promises, and just so you know yes I did get your email regarding this matter. My decision will be emailed to you and not open for public discussion.
