Vendor Charge Question

Hello :) I'm curious about _when_ vendor prices are charged (player vendor that is). Will my vendor charge me 24 hours after the item was put up for sale? Or is it at a certain time in the day that i get charged?

Example, say i put a sword up for sale at 10am on Origin (which i think is a pacific coast server, but i could be wrong). The vendor charges me 10 gp to sell the item each real world day. Do i get charged every day at 10am? Or do i get charged when the local server reaches 0h? Or is it based on GMT?

Thanks in advance for any insights you provide!

Vendor charges are based on the total amount of items and the highest priced item. Say you have 125 items on your vendor for 100 gold you'll get charged 60 gold a day. If you have 124 items at 100 gold and 1 item at 10 mill your costs sky rocket. Of course the vendor rental fee's are on top of that (when you get a contract from another player, from the red vendor contracts you can buy at the bar).

Not sure about the time rotation on pack I think its late at night may be server down. It is a 24 hour cycle, I don't believe its based on when your last item was put on, that wouldn't make sense with the vendor cost algorithm they use as noted above.

There is a vendor penalty where you have 30 minutes to remove an item or re-price an item, then the item must stay on your vendor for 24 hours (throughout the vendor cost cycle) otherwise you will receive a penalty based on the amount the item is selling for. The penalty is item based unlike the vendor charges.

There is no way to see if you will receive a vendor penalty.
